  • Talking directly to our customers. APPC has no voice mail. Never had, never will.
  • Making same day shipments of packaged orders if received by 2 PM.
  • Supplying first-hand answers to technical questions. Our people are cross-trained.
    They know products, manufacturing and testing. They spend time meeting needs, not making claims.
  • Providing a cost-saving component inventory approach. Lubricants and fuel additives are blended to order.
